On 23 June 2025, the one-month residential phase of the 2nd ENGAGE Asia Programme officially started at the UP School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR). Dean Melisa R. Serrano officially opened the programme. Messages were also delivered by members of the GLU network workdwide.
