This course offers a mix of video lectures and interviews, readings, online resources and exercises to gain both knowledge and practical skills on the power resource approach and its use by trade unions and workers' organisations to exercise power in the changing world of work. The course provides also possibilities to network with thousands of trade unionists and labour activists from around the world.
You will also learn about other concepts and practices, such as the ins and outs of the power resources approach, the varieties of power resources (associational, structural, institutional and societal power), and power resources in practice- the capabilities, gender and context.
You will be taken to the course cover page, where you can find more info.
