This course offers a mix of video lectures and interviews, readings, online resources and exercises to gain both knowledge and practical skills to understand the main issues around labour and development in global supply chains and learn from successful policies and strategies to achieve work with dignity in supply chains. The course also provides possibilities to network with thousands of trade unionists and labour activists from around the world. 

You will learn about the main drivers of global supply chains and their impact on development, working conditions and workers' rights, main decent work deficits, the regulatory framework for respecting workers' rights, and labour strategies for decent work.
